Charity as a strategy of responsible Business: companies invited to participate in the National Competition “Charitable Ukraine-2025” 29 Березня 2026 21:45

🟠 At a time when business responsibility is measured not only by economic performance, but also by its contribution to social resilience, the National Competition “Charitable Ukraine-2025” invites companies to present their social, charitable and partnership initiatives on one of Ukraine’s key public recognition platforms.

For business, this is more than participation in a competition. It is an opportunity to publicly affirm corporate values, showcase practices with tangible social impact, strengthen the reputation of a responsible partner, and increase the visibility of the company’s contribution to Ukraine’s recovery.

🟠 Today, particular importance attaches to initiatives by companies that systematically support the Armed Forces, medical institutions, educational and social projects, help communities recover, and provide assistance to those affected by the war, internally displaced persons, children, the families of defenders, and others in need. It is precisely such practices that are shaping a new standard of business leadership in Ukraine – where development strategy is combined with responsibility, trust and long-term social impact.

🟠 Companies implementing initiatives in the following categories are invited to participate in the competition:

Charity of large business
Charity of medium and small enterprises
Corporate charity
Charity of of international business (International corporate charity)

🟠 Why this matters for your company:

Reputational value
Participation in the competition provides an opportunity to present your experience to the expert community, partners and a wider audience, while strengthening your company’s position as a business that not only operates in Ukraine, but also invests in its resilience.

Public recognition of your practices
The competition creates a space to present initiatives that deserve attention, trust and professional recognition. It is an opportunity to make the company’s social contribution visible and to establish it as part of its public profile.

Professional environment and new connections
Participation opens access to a network of companies, partners, charitable and non-profit organisations that are shaping a new culture of responsibility in Ukraine. For business, it also offers opportunities for new partnerships and for strengthening its professional presence within a community of like-minded actors.

Long-term impact
A company’s initiatives can become a point of reference for others, strengthen trust among partners, clients and teams, and demonstrate that social responsibility is an organic part of its strategic thinking.

🟠 What the company receives:

Public presentation of its initiative
Participation in the competition gives the company an additional opportunity to present its experience to a wider audience and strengthen its public visibility.

Recognition of participation and achievement
Participants receive a certificate of participation, while winners in their respective categories receive awards and additional opportunities for public presentation of their practices.

Enhanced status as a responsible business
Participation in the National Competition “Charitable Ukraine” also serves as a mark of belonging to a circle of companies for which responsibility is not merely a communication formula, but part of their management culture.

It is the only ongoing nationwide project celebrating philanthropy in Ukraine. The contest dates back to 2007 and has been held in its current “Charitable Ukraine” format since 2012. Winners receive the “Angel of Goodness”– a ceramic sculpture adorned with legally mined amber from the Rivne region, created by the Ukrainian Kozak family of artists.
